    You can drag any transition or effect to any bin in the browser and save it with the project. You can even append or rename them. I stopped saving Favorites when I realized they would be lost if I had to trash preferences and forgot to backup.

    Hi Chris.
    Just option-drag your entire Favorites folder into a project bin and save it along with your project. Then just drag it back in or pick effects right from the copy folder.
    …I guess that at least two of us aren’t in Vegas…
    Darn…couldn’t get there this year.

    Makes sense, especially the part about losing them with a prefs trash. Good tips. Yeah, Tom, know what you mean about NAB, and it’s only a car ride for me, just too busy…
