I am upgrading to Vegas Pro 18. I have Vegas Pro 14.

Can I save all the encode settings I have created, my preferences etc so I can reload on the new system?

    How?

    Thank you

I think I read in the manual that the saving of preferences is new to Pro 18. However, I then read somewhere that even that might have issues. What I have done in the past is to have my previous version preferences up and then load the new version’s preferences – and then just enter the options from one to the other…

Thanks for the information – was hoping to avoid that.

For a high end software program like Vegas and export option should have been standard from the beginning – rant over.

Thanks again Dave. I believe I will do screen grabs of everything and put into a doc. Have two systems to set up fresh – what a time waste. Gotta do what we have to do ha ha

    Cheers
