  save filmstrip w/ alpha channel

  I’ve exported some footage as a .flm from AE to PS and after doing some roto work (painting on sequence of frames)… I would like to go back to AE and keep the painted layer as a separate layer. This way I can have more control to composite within AE.

  So, Im wondering if there is a way to export my painted layer with transparent background (alpha ch). The only result I get is a white background with my painted frames.
