  • Save Compound Clip into Power Bin?

I created a Lower Third with three tracks and want to use it as template. How can I do this?

I tried the following: Converted the three tracks into a Compound Clip – but if I trie to put this into the Power Bin there comes an error message:

“Resolve is unable to place Multicam, Compound Clips, Fusion Clips an Timelines into Power Bins”.

What can I do? Can anybody help me please?

You could always do each track individually, and label them as trk 1, 2, and 3 in the power bin. A compound clip is really just a timeline, and I guess you can’t put a timeline into a power bin. I’m assuming you would need to dive into the compound clip at some point anyway to edit its contents. Not as eloquent as what you were trying to do, but would give you the same results.
