    Sapphire 1.5 and Newest AVID MC

    Hi,

    We’re interested in getting the new software Media Composer from Avid but we have a liscense for Sapphire 1.5. Will it be a problem to run Sapphire 1.5 on the latest incarnation of MC?

    Shouldn’t be, but to check–load it up and try it. If it doesn’t work you’ll know. If it does work transfer the license from the old system to the new one so you don’t have watermarked footage.
