    Men,

We’ve had some problems getting a reliable SAN network for HD media. We use a G5 (running OSX server software) and a MacPro, 2 Medea Fiber arrays 4 TB total. MetaSan did not seem to work at all after several attempts. Fiberjet is doing OK but it is volume based not file based. Any other recommendations for none-Apple drives?

The bigger problem is that the FW 800 port does not work with the fibercards installed. The Apple tech reset the P ram and it worked, then we came back and installed fiber connections and it will not mount a FW800 drive still. Any suggestions on how to get the 800 port to work?

    Thanks, Film Joe
