Samsung305T and MacBook Pro
Is there anyone that was able to connect a Samsung Syncmaster 305
To a mac book pro?
This Samsung is an older 30″ model with a DVI/D
Input, I’m fine using it at lower resolution, attached to a USB port
Is there any active connector DVI D to VGA? My other monitor is connected with a display link.
I hav only 1 Thunderbolt and I need it for my external HD.

I connect my DVI/D display to my MacBook Pro with a Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter and it works great but it sounds like you already have that port in use. You could always get an OWC Thunderbolt 2 Dock if you need more ports.

Thank you, you are correct I have only a thunderbolt
Port, the mini display will also use a USB port
:0( the OWC may be the only solution.
