  Sample Rate & FPS pitch and sync issues

  *im really lost at this point ive been trying to solve this for hours, please do help if you have a solution*

  hi guys, long time premiere user here, transitioning to FCPX.
  i currently have a project at 25FPS & 48khz that was created from a converted Premiere XML file (using SendToX).

  im working on a tutorial video, whichcontains the following:
  – Camera footage of myself (25fps 48khz)
  – Screen capture video with audio (24 fps 48khz)
  – microphone audio for my voice (48khz)
  – background music (44.1khz)
  – couple of jpg’s

  the problems are:
  1. while in the playback, the audio from the 24 fps video (screen capture) is pitched a bit higher than the original video
  2. the microphone audio and the camera footage of me are losing sync with each other. with each cut they start out fine but the lose sync as they play – until the next cut

  what can i do??
  i know its somehow related to different clips with different sample rate and fps, but premiere handles clips with variable sample rate and fps on its own without affecting sync or pitching the audio (i mean seriously??)
  what are the steps i need to do to fix it?
