Same image Different resolution in AE en PS

Hey everyone, first of all i usually never post on forums. (I’m a hardcore reader). But i could not find any solution to this problem.
I have a rendered footage in openexr (exr) format. When i import this in AE or Premiere the resolution is 479 x 853.
It should be 480 x 854.The image is rendered in 480 x 854.
When i open this in photoshop the dimensions are correct => 480 x 854
So in AE en Premier its 1 pixel less from every side.
I will upload the image so you can see it your self.
PS: My workaround is to write a little script in photoshop which opens and saves the files. After doing this AE opens the files with the normal resolution, but i have so many files…i wish i could know what’s going on.

Thank you for your both replies on here and on other forum.I don’t think that this is a counting issue. Because when i open the file in photoshop and just save it. Then open it In after effects i get the real 480 x 854 resolution.
When I drag it to my layer it creates a composition with 853 x 479. If i change the composition to 854 x 480 it gets blurry.
In blended i can open it normally. It shows the right resolution. So for some reason if i open the file in AE the resolution is 1px less from each side.
My only option now is to make a small action script and batch open and save in exr again. I just tried on one and it worked but i truly wanted to know what’s going on.

it is a curious anomaly, and you might want to file a bug report. i’m seeing the same issue in cc2014 too…
the blur issue when you resize the comp is due to the anchor point shifting half a pixel. if you set the anchor point back to whole numbers it should be sharp again… not sure if that helps you much…
