    Hi All,

We are creating a large project shot on the HVX200 in 720p/24fps.

When editing, we have hoped to use a few digital pushes (or scale zooms). Does anyone know what the reasonable safety margins is for resolution (ie. softness of image). I suspect it to be somewhere between 5-15%, but would love to hear anyone with experience in 720p pushing/cropping. Etc.

I’ve done 10% and it still looks decent. As a rule I give myself 10% for push ins. 5% for DV…but only when forced.
