I must be missing something, but I can’t figure out how to stop Safari from opening up on start up. I checked Safari prefs, finder prefs and system prefs, and I can’t find the click to stop this. Anyone know?

    Thanks,
    Bart

In the system prefs click on USERS.

Make sure you have your account selected and select the ‘Startup Items’ button. It’s probably in there. You can either un-check Safari or just erase it from the list of items that auto-start.
