The company I work for currently uses Adobe Audition for all of its audio noise removal. We are currently considering purchasing iZotope RX4.

What are the main differences between Audition and RX4? Is RX4 better for noise removal?

So far, I don’t see too big of a difference between the two programs.

We’ve gotten better results with RX4 for noise removal. Most of the time it’s a one-click solution, but there are plenty of tools to tweak if you need to refine it. We like it a lot. It has been a good addition to the CC suite.

    Thanks Joe–

I spent a good part of the day playing around with the trial version and I think I agree with you. Noise removal is a lot easier in RX4.

I realized that I just can’t the same results from Audition. So, we just bought it.

    Thanks for the tips.
