Runtime error PLEASE HELP!!
Hi All,
Just installed a Master collection CS3 on my XPHome PC.
Thus far all working ok, until I try to run Encore.
It starts to load up then I get a error message “This program has used a runtime error to end in an unusual way” type message.
I have re-installed the encore element of the collection again and rebooted. Yet again the same error.
I do not have any usb drives attached as I have read this can cause problems.I have sifted through the Adobe forum/support and have not seen my problem there.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Have mailed adobe support (2 days ago) still waiting.

Only 2 ideas here. One, do you have the Google toolbar installed? Uninstall it. Two, are you running as an administrator? Do so.

Thanks for your reply. I do not have google bar installed, I read that could be a problem but since I don`t use google bar I discounted it.
I will try running as administrator and check back.

Nope, tried running as admin.. even uninstalled magic disc.
Same damn error. Just have to sit it out till adobe get back to me..
