Running times for TV.
Does anybody have a resource with a breakdown of running time and times of commercial breaks for both 1/ 2hour and 1 hour formats?

Yes the broadcaster you are delivering too. I can give you the ones for Australian broadcasters but they are all different and unlikely to match the specifics of your broadcaster.
they usually have them on the delivery spec of the contract so ask the producer to forward that on. If not, then get them to contact the broadcaster. Sometimes you will find them on the broadcaster’s web site.

What he said. There is no standard, it varies from network to network. I have delivered to over a dozen networks, and the total running time requirements are all different.
