    hey guys,
i wanted to know if it was possible to disable the Camera Raw 4.0 program that opens up when you a CR2 file is opened up in photoshop. my reason for this is that i wanted to run a batch to reduce the image size by 50% for all of the images i have in a folder which is well over 400. i started a batch but everytime a picture is opened, the Camera Raw 4.0 program opens up and i have to manually hit Open Image everytime. this defeats the whole purpose of a batch. is this even possible?

    thanks in advance
