I’ve looked all over the place for a solution to this problem but I can’t seem to find one… so I thought I’d check here to see if anyone knows about Rubberhose and can help me with this…

I’m trying to create a rig using the Rubberpins. I’m using an Adobe Illustrator file that contains just the arm of the rig for this test. I’ve followed all Rubberpin tutorials out there, but each time I get the same result… my controllers are always created far away from the artwork.

    See here:

The controls work when I move them, but I don’t know how to make it so they align with the art….

Does anyone know what might be going on?

    Thanks!!

Yes it was the same size.. I ended up emailing Rubberhose staff and got an answer through them. Thank you for your help though!

    Hi Anna,

Do you mind posting the solution here? I’ve been having the same problem while rigging using Rubber pin too.

The problem seems to be in the Continuously Rasterize check-mark. Turn it off and after apply RubberPin to layer.
