  I saw a large thread on this from a few months back, and nobody found a solution other than to use the DC30 codec (which causes a color shift and won’t work with Kona or Blackmagic cards).

  If anyone’s interested, I figured out a simple tweak to make it work. It’s in the Blackmagic forum posted yesterday.
