Rsceived unreadable .mov from AVID/PC
Hi.
Ireceived some graphics from an AVID/PC with the .mov extension.
I cannot make it play on neither Macs nor PCs, and my guess is that the file is in some kind of AVID codec.
It’s an SD PAL thing, from the size I’d guess it’s somewhat compressed, but not DV.
Any thoughts

Install this. Then convert to the codec you are working in using Compressor or Quicktime Pro. Don’t attempt to edit in FCP using Avid Quicktime files, they don’t play well with FCP
