    I dont know if this helps but I was having a hard time finding this info so I thought I would share(hopefully it helps someone)

    This is how I have been able to export premiere into resolve and then get graded timeline back into premiere without a hitch(fades and layers all seem to work perfect)

    1. In Premiere choose export>Final cut pro XML
    2. In Davinci start new project and Load this XML
    4. Grade your project and choose render(render these media files in a new folder)
    5. Save your Davinci project after you complete the Render (this puts media files in XML script)
    6.Export Davinci XML
    7.Import Davinci XML into Premiere

    Works good on 8 projects so far.

    I assume this will work on either Mac or Windows versions of both programs since it’s just an XML file?

    yes. I tried this on both my mac and pc.
