    I’m a long time user of AE, but am now work with HDV.

    How do I rotoscope in Motion?
    I once heard that motion has a streamlined method that really accerates the process??
    I’m bacially cutting out a (moving) foreground object.

    You can create a b-spline mask and use autoanimate to change it frame-by-frame.
