Rotoscope Tags
I was wondering if there is any way to actually tag individual vertices on a mask for rotoscope purposes? Like I could tag points with “Tip of finger”, “first knuckle” etc, so I don’t have points sliding all over the place if I get mixed up. I don’t think the program itself has this but maybe there’s a plug-in of some sort? I don’t do a ton of roto but I feel like it could be very handy for someone who does.

Check out Mocha for After Effects and mochaShape. When you select a point it shows you the previous, current and next keyframes for that point in a zoom window. It makes it trickier to get lost in roto.
