Roto Scooping with AE – CC
I want to put a separate video clip in the TV screen, can anybody on the cow help me with some techniques on how to accomplish that? youtube link listed below

Well that is probably the easiest roto to do manually as there’s no complex shapes, movement, dof or motion blur. I’d make a separate mask for the hand and for the sheet.

You’ll also have to do some camera tracking as it seems like there is minor camera movement. You could probably just keyframe the position and rotation of your new video to match the movement.
