roto brush freeze or preview not working ?
Posted by Alfred Durand on February 20, 2011 at 6:14 pmHi everybody,
First post here !
Ok to make it simple the roto brush is working only if I jump frame to frame (command+left or right key). If I render using preview or freeze the mask starts well then progressively goes completely bezerk !
I’ve got the latest version (10.0.1)
Do I miss something ?

Watch the tutorials linked to from this page and see if they help you to figure it out:
https://blogs.adobe.com/toddkopriva/2010/04/roto-brush-in-after-effects -cs.htmlPay special attention to the details in those tutorials and in the Help document about Roto Brush spans and how they grow when you make corrective strokes.

I’ve looked at tutorials before using roto brush. Maybe my explanations was not clear. English is not my first language. I can achieve a perfect mask. But when I use the freeze button it doesn’t work anymore. The programmation I’ve done is gone. And If I use the ram preview button it also goes wrong. But If I move frame by frame I get my preview right. -
