  • Rotation expression to keep it constant and not follow parent layers rotation?

Working on a project where I want to have lines or rays in 3d coming from certain points on a map and on the end of those points, like markers, i want to put text on. Think of locating cities on a globe with lines coming out in Z space and having the names of the cities at the end point of the line. The issue is I want to have the lines and the background rotate but I want the text layer to stay consistant on the x, y, z -axii (axises?), as far as rotation goes. So what i want is the 3d lines to move around and rotate in space but at the end of this line marker i want the text layer at the tip of the line to not rotate with the line, but almost be parented without the x, y, z rotation of the lines to affect the rotation of the text, just the position x, y, z. aso oriented to the camera also. hope i explained this enough for people to understand.

    thanks for any help!

Did you try Layer>Transform>Auto Orient>Orient Towards Camera?

yeah and for some reason it has a slight tilt to it too, i am wondering if its a setting on the camera or what. i notice when i rotate the text on the x axis it still rotates back instead of just staying flat to the camera. any ideas??
