    Rotating image on its anchor left and right expression

    I’m a newbie and having some trouble figuring this out with Google! I’m trying to rotate an image on its anchor left and right within a small range (not a full turn, more like within the range of 1/8 of a full circle)

    The time expression seems to only rotate full 360 degrees, I’ve also tried PerDegSec to no avail.

    Would love some pointers, thanks so much!
