  Rotate pasteboard?

  In InDesign CS2 I am working on a Digipak design. The upper half is page 2 and 3 of the Digipak and is facing upside down, and the lower half is front and back page of the Digipak and is facing normally.
  Is there a simple way of rotating the whole page/pasteboard without rotating the design itself?
