    Hi all,

I’d like to setup a bunch of objects (let’s 10 long thin rectangles) and have a kind of force field set to rotate the objects by 180 degrees. If I could then slide the position of the field through the bars to have them rotate as it passes across them (without deforming the objects)

Hope this is clear. Is there a way to achieve this in cinema ?

    Cheers,
    Andy

You could set up a TP system where it creates particles along a spline. Then have thise particles orient towards a null. Then instance a rectangle object to the particles. So when you move your null around, the rects always point at it. Somewhat like a magnetism.
