Rorke HDX2 problems

Wondering if someone had some time to help track down a problem with a Rorke HDX2 unit I have inherited and am trying to get functional. I have 2 units…a Galaxy HD and a Galaxy HDX2. The HD I was able to get working and all the logical drives work fine. The HDX, however, seems to have some setting wrong that I cannot trace, because although it shows up in the system profiler as a SCSI Target Device, none of the logical drives will mount. I have set them up exactly as the HD, have set the Host LUNs exactly the same, but something is preventing them from being seen by the computers. Because it’s a discontinued unit, Rorke isn’t very helpful.
