    Well, in my opinion, it is Digital Anarchy Flicker Free. You should try the trial version and test it before buying but I believe it will fix almost all your flicker problems.

    was between that one and Neat Video.

    Neat video is very good for noise reduction but never used it for flickering. My biggest problem with Neat Video is it is too heavy, you can’t ever playback without rendering. It is better to try both and see for yourself.

    very helpful – this is 3 hours of video with a flickering monitor, so heavy would not be good

    Hey David,

    Going back 20-years, I used ReVision DeFlicker to save a feature film that was going from HD to 35mm projection. The black levels, in a coal mine, was constant through a shot. Including, where we had to use Twixtor to slow some of the progressive footage down.
