Rolling Picture Ladder Effect
Hey All
Does anyone know how I can produce a rolling picture effect. This is the kind of effect you’d see if you were trying to tune in an very old television and the screen would roll before finally settling.

Hey andy.
If your using FCP studio 2, your in luck because there is
a bad TV filter that will give you roll control.Filters > video > bad TV
It takes tweaking, to get it right, but it’s a quick and dirty
effect.Jeff
