Rolling a sphere down a cone

Hello,

Could anyone please help as how to set up dynamics to achieve an animation of a sphere down inside a cone, spinning around faster as it gets to the bottom. Currently trying to figure out how to set up dynamics for this. For instance what is the correct integration method in the Solver object? I have been poking trying to find tutorials on the web. Any help would be very much apprectiated.
