I created a music video and uploaded it to youtube. Some how the song sounds like a robot, like with an echo. I created a quicktime file of the sequence using the Export> Quicktime Convertion format. Any ideas what i’m doing wrong? Thank You.

Could you have had more than one copy of the soundtrack active in the timeline when you output the movie for youtube?

Play, directly on your Mac, the QuickTime movie you exported from FCP and listen to it’s audio.

Is it clear or “robotic” on that file?

No. There is only one stereo track. Right & Left. However, I did drag the song from the persons myspace onto my desktop then imported it to my FCP project. It sound very good until it goes to youtube.
