Road signals with names
Hello,
I’m learning cinema 4D as fast as I can (stumbling along the way) and need some help.
I need to make an effect…
There is a bride and groom walking down the boulevard and I want to have their names on the ground as part of the road marking signs.(i.e. This pic shows “Stop” on the floor, and I want the names)

There is plenty of road space between the camera and the couple.
Any tutorials on how I can get this done? Or what software I need?I did do a 3d text sticking out on the payment, but now I want to have the text as part of the road surface.

This should be a breeze with a locked tripod shot. And you don’t even need C4D to do it. I would put the shot in After Effects, create your text, make it a 3D layer. Then rotate and scale as needed, and maybe play with some overlay modes or slight masking (cracks, grunge) to make it look more real.
Also, don’t make the letters pure white. Try to make them match the white balance of the scene. Hope this helps, and good luck!
