Hello Peter. I have a big problem. I upgraded memory to 32 gigs. Premier Pro is no longer working. I can open a project, but can’t play anything. Audition and Photoshop are fine.

I created a new editor, new project, but nothing works. Ram is from Crucial.

Can you please advise.

I’m downloading the videos now. This is a bad problem as i’m down and out of operation. I’ll probably put back old sticks.
