  ripping video from an Mp4.exe file

  Is there a software converter to take an self extracting mp4 file and get the video from that file and convert it into an AVI or MOV file?

  I download NANDUB, but it does not recognize my files. The file name is Cam01[04_00_00_06_21_05].exe, which is a MP4extract MFC application file if you check the properties. There is no audio, only video. I need to get the video extracted into a useable format so that I can obtain still images and extract video segments. With the self extracting file, it only plays in its own player with no capabilities to do what I need to do.

  Any help would be appreciated.
