Right clicking on an object forces Finder to relaunch – Any Ideas
Hi There
I started up my machine this morning and finder is doing weird things. Whenever I rightclick on an Icon (all except drive icons) finder relaunches itself.
I have tried my mouse and my wacom pad and it’s the same on both.I have also repaired disk permissions for the main drive but it’s still doing it.
Any ideas what I should try next?

Hi,
I had something similar happening to me a while back, both my mouse and tablet started doing “weird” things.
I was able to solve it, just by reinstalling the drivers.
Check the manufacturer’s website for the latest drivers.

Just so you know, I got this sorted.
A guy on Apples forum told me that Stuffit 11 installs a bad context menu item in the library.
I removed this items and everything went back to how it should have been.Hope that helps someone else.
