  • Right Click no longer gives the dialog box

Recently I lost several important functions on the timeline. I’m sure a setting got changed but I need to get these back to normal if at all possible.

Clip names disappeared in the timeline.

I used to be able to right click on a clip and get a dialog box that would give the options for locating the clips in the Project or locate the clip on the computer. This has disappeared. What do I do to get that restored.

    Hey Richard,

I was having similar problems yesterday, on Windows 11 (PC – obviously).
Changed the font size so I could have the whole right-click menu on the screen.
This is on a 2-screen setup where the laptop screen is the smaller one.

But had several freezes where only a reboot of Premiere Pro would fix it.

Thank you. I reset the Apple Mouse and that seemed to solve the problem. Very alarming. I thought it was an unintended software update. I’m in the middle of a big edit and can’t afford the down time.
