I’m delivering spots to a station per their requested specs (720p 59.94 H.264). We use flip factory to deliver the spots and when we look at what we send the files play out perfect. However this station is using Rhozet to process what we give them (no idea why) and they are having issues with our spots only, where the video is twice as long as long. So a 30 second spot is playing 60 seconds, the audio plays out correctly so after 30 seconds there is 30 seconds of video with no audio. According to this station only our spots have this issue.

I’ve been searching and cannot seem to find out much about this problem but it doesn’t seem uncommon that Rhozet has had issues with processing H.264. I’m hoping someone here has seen this issue and maybe has some insight on it?

I will update once I have more info on what this station is doing (Software version, file specs, etc).
