Activity Forums Apple Final Cut Pro RGB values greater than 1.0?

    I’m trying to create a color slug with RGB values of R40, G60 and B140. The color sliders I’ve seen in plugins like color balance a4d go from 0 to 1, and I can’t figure out how to enter a value of 140.

    Which color management tool/menu/window should I access, and how do I translate the R40, G60 and B140 values into a 0 to 1.0 color space?

    I don’t know where you are, exactly, but if you go to Generators > Solids > Custom then click on “Color” box and choose “RGB Sliders” you can set 8 bit RGB values.
