Just starting to work with Photoshop CS4. Work at a Graphics Company with output 90% of the time to presses.
Should I convert my images to CMYK right from the beginning or do all my adjustments in RGB and at the final proof for press convert to CMYK?

Do all your Photoshop work in rgb, not only the files are smaller. In size you have access to more filters than in cmyk, plus you loose your adjustment layer whe. You move from one color space to another. Leave the cmyk conversion for the very end and always do it on a flattened copy.
