Revolve question
Hello everyone,
I’m new to C4D, coming from a Maya background. I am wondering if it’s possible to select the outer edge of a letter cap to use for a revolve.
I’ve taken the back cap off the letter in the image, duplicated it and am trying to select just the edge. I’m trying to put a piece of neon inside of this letter and figure that if I can grab the edge, I could revolve a circle around it.

hey,
did i get it right? you want to have a neon line arround the edge of the letter?
than i would do it like that:
use sweep nurbs to make your bordercorner into a texturable object,
it would be much easier if you have the non extruded version of the logo as splines.in fact you this spline and the profile spline (a circle) to do this.regards
