    Hi all

I’ve added a sequence paint to a line on a diagram I’ve drawn within Motion, in order to create a moving highlight along the path of the line.

However, it seems that one of the lines was drawn in the wrong direction, meaning the sequence paint moves in the opposite direction to the one it should.

Is there an easy way – apart from redrawing the line the other way round – to reverse the flow of the movement? Retiming behaviours have no effect.

    Many thanks!

Select the paint stroke and hit the F2 key to open up the Behaviors tab. Change the Direction by clicking on the Direction pop-up menu and choose Reverse. Hope this helps.

    Hi Stephen

Thanks for your response, but I can’t see a “direction” option under the behaviours tab – nor can I see it under the properties or shape tabs.

Nevertheless, I have managed to get around the problem by changing the Transversal mode to custom, and then keyframing the location parameter, which seems to have done the trick, in a roundabout sort of way.
