Retro graphics
How would you go about creating this image, and by that I mean, pen tool with layer properties? lasso tool? etc. Im just trying to figure out the workflow here.

There are many ways to do something like this. I’d do it in illutrator but you could do it in Photoshop.
I’d probably be using the pen tool a lot in Illustrator or photoshop. In Illustrator you could do a lot of pathfinder to add and subtract shapes.

I would create this in Illustrator. Yes, you can do this in Photoshop, but I think Illustrator is better suited for this type of work, especially when it comes to selecting objects to change their color, add gradients, strokes, etc. Much faster and easier.
