Retrieving a Font in Illustrator
I was given an EPS file of the company’s logo. They are changing thier name and want me to re-create it using the old one. However, the old one is just the outlines of the text. They no longer have contact with the first designer. Is there a way to retrieve the orignial font using the EPS file?

Not that I know of, but you can use some web sites to try and figure out what font they used. I use identifont.com or whatthefont.com.
