Retouching images – any guesses?
Hi there,
I have two images from the same fantasy place, could you elaborate please what kind of re-touching was made on the colorful one?
(the two images aren’t identical, they were shot from a slightly different angle but it doesn’t matter.)

The main effect is a copy of the image blurred and blended with overlay mode. Plus possibly curves and saturation changes.
