    Hello,

I am running OS X 10.5.6 on my Mac. I have a Disc Array attached to it that is connected by Fibre Channel.

I have different people using the mac each day and all store their projects on the disc array. I have set up different accounts for each project.

How can I control who can see what on the disc Array. I only want people to be able to get into their own project files.

I have two macs set up in this way. One I went to File Sharing and selected all the folders in the disc Array and selected which user could see which folders.

The other mac I went to do the same thing and it doesn’t work in the same way?

Is there any way to secure the files on the disc array so that certain users can see certain files?

    Thanks

The most-straightforward way I know to go about it is to login as Administrator (maybe SuperUser, as well…I forget) and change the permissions for each user.

Take a look here for help on the subject.
