  Restoring project issue

  Lately, I’ve been losing a lot of media for no apparent reason. Usually restoring the project will do the trick, however it’s still a scary situation. I’ll go into a bin and half the clips will be gone and the sequence will be half edited. Like I said, restoring the project will bring it back….but does anyone know why this is happening so much?
