    Hey all,

I’m writing a 4,000 research paper on the effects of light in film, and I was wondering if you guys had an books or websites (.com are ok) that you could point me towards for reference material. So far, my topic is very open ended, but my goal is to use the paper to learn more about proper lighting techniques and how to maximize my use of light in my films.

    Thanks

Look at some of the text books in the thread on “Good Lighting Books.” Go to the library and browse through many copies of the American Cinematographer. Shoot, shoot, shoot.
