resolve/premiere cc xml issue/question
hello.
i am in the final stages of cutting my film.
i will send an xml to my colorist, who colors it and sends it back.all fine.
we had to do a second edit, and it appears that anytime i make adjustments to any scenes and have him re-import the same xml into resolve, i am being told that all the color work and stabilization and etc has to be redone from scratch because edits to the xml/clips ive done somehow remove all the work that has been done on his end.
obviously something is slipping thru the cracks here or some setting is unchecked or whatever, and i obviously cannot be handcuffed to not make any edits i need to make. the answer does not seem to be getting resolved (ha) so i turn to you, the most creative of all cows to ease both of our stress.

Is he working in local or remote grades?
