    Hi all.
    Running Resolve 8.0.1
    on Mac OS X Lion 2 10.7.2
    2 x 2.93 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon
Graphics / NIVIDIA GeForce GT 120 & NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 470

Grading RED 4K from EPIC, having great results, however I get a error message that reads
“Error occurred while communicating with digital powerhouse decoder”

technically all seems to be fine with renders. slow 7.5 fps at times, no RR so I’m fine with this.
Question is what does this message mean and what can I change to make it go away?
has anyone else seen this error message?
Thanks for any and all assistance..

Can you try restarting your Mac to see if that makes the message go away?

You’re not the first to discover this error message. Believe me. Yet, it’s a mystery where it comes from, and how to solve it.

I only get this one when opening projects saved with a newer version of Resolve.
But then I get it every time until I upgrade.
